I’m Mary Catherine Jones, Owner, Executive Producer and principal talent at Voice Over Vermont LLC. We all know the importance of visuals and rich messaging to kick up our marketing and training efforts. Experience

Dale Carnegie, the world famous public speaker said, "To be interesting you have to be interested." There is nothing more important to engaging a listener's attention than making sure you care about what you are saying.

Whether I am narrating brief cultural histories to orient a US Naval midshipman to her upcoming ports of call or gently directing an author as he narrates his memoir, I bring my own curiosity to every project that comes into my studio.

I’ve been bringing the written word to life for almost 20 years. I am a professional member of the World Voices Organization, use Pro Tools, Sonar and iZotope for recording, editing and mp3 delivery and work in my custom built recording studio.

A native Washingtonian, I have a neutral educated affect in my regular speaking voice that flows naturally into any project I am working on. I graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in psychology – so I know how to articulate the unspoken message inherent in the scripts I receive.
