I’m Mary Catherine Jones, Owner, Executive Producer and principal talent at Voice Over Vermont LLC. We all know the importance of visuals and rich messaging to kick up our marketing and training efforts. But have you considered how they sound to your audience? The right voice behind your message, story or video creates a complete package.
That’s where I come in. I am a voiceover artist, director and producer who can help:
• Create just the right tone for your corporate training materials
• Voice for TV, film, web and radio
• Narrate your audio/visual projects
• Bring an educated tone to everything eLearning
Warm · Educated · Poised · Reassuring · Sincere
Dale Carnegie, the world famous public speaker said, "To be interesting you have to be interested." There is nothing more important to engaging a listener's attention than making sure you care about what you are saying.
Whether I am narrating brief cultural histories to orient a US Naval midshipman to her upcoming ports of call or gently directing an author as he narrates his memoir, I bring my own curiosity to every project that comes into my studio.
I’ve been bringing the written word to life for almost 20 years. I am a professional member of the World Voices Organization, use Pro Tools, Sonar and iZotope for recording, editing and mp3 delivery and work in my custom built recording studio.
A native Washingtonian, I have a neutral educated affect in my regular speaking voice that flows naturally into any project I am working on. I graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in psychology – so I know how to articulate the unspoken message inherent in the scripts I receive.
Of course, I’m more than just my voice. When I’m not in the booth, you’ll most likely find me working with one of these organizations:
Business Networking International - Past President, Champlain Connections Chapter
Women Business Owner Network - Past Chapter Coordinator, Board Member
Children's Literacy Foundation - Founding Board Member
